Most incoherent

If you’re short on time, here’s a brief summary of what’s to expect in the upcoming Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0, from a comment left at Asa Dotzler’s review of the beta:

I only saw one screenshot of it so far.

If that’s the default layout, then Netscape 8 just lost its title of ‘most incoherent UI’.

In fact, you can’t even move that main toolbar.
