Latin Translation:
Ego praebeo grates ad omnipotens deus quae facilius redo meus ingenium et meus spiritus propter eius filius Jesu Christus meus servitor

Is this tranlation correct?

I actually have no idea. I take Spanish in school, not Latin. I actually got this text from Lipsum.com. According to the website:
