I’m a Latin scholar!

  1. Minh’s Notes

Peter, a CS classmate of mine, has put up his own blog just a little while ago. And it’s the real thing.

  1. …but you… err, I, take Spanish…

  2. English:
I give thanks to the Almighty God who has facilitated my mind and my spirit through his son Jesus Christ my saviour

    Latin Translation:
Ego praebeo grates ad omnipotens deus quae facilius redo meus ingenium et meus spiritus propter eius filius Jesu Christus meus servitor

    Is this tranlation correct?

  3. I actually have no idea. I take Spanish in school, not Latin. I actually got this text from Lipsum.com. According to the website:

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.

I used the text because I wanted to test the blogging software I’m using.
