So, the Frenchman who had the bright idea of creating this character lost his suit against Disney and Pixar, the marketer and creator respectively of Finding Nemo. I always thought Pierrot looked ugly, anyhow. Apparently the judge agreed – and said that Pierrot’s smile looked like that of a dolphin!
