Periodic news

I like to check the WebElements online periodic table periodically (pun intended) for news regarding the super-heavy elements.

I haven’t checked back for a few months, and now I find that two new elements, ununtrium (113) and ununpentium (115), have been discovered. Plus, the IUPAC and IUPAP have given element 111 (tentatively named unununium) a proposed name: roentgenium, after Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen, who discovered the X-ray.

Question: Should the o in roentgenium have an umlaut (the two dots), as the o in Röntgen does?
